Power Minister, Adelabu mourns Oyo APC Auditor

The Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, has expressed deep shock on the death of the Oyo State Auditor of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Lukman Anwo.

Adelabu in a statement on Saturday, described the late Hon Lukman Anwo as a dedicated party man who was diligent in his duty.

He also described him as a selfless man who was sympathetic to the plight of his people in Afijio local government.

He said, “News  of the death of Hon Lukman Anwo, the State Auditor of our party, the All Progressives Congress came to me as a great shock.  He was a committed party man who was diligent in his duty and responsibilities to his people.

“I condole with his wife and children, family members, the people of Afijio, the leadership of the  State APC over  the loss of a dedicated and selfless man who was always sympathetic to the cause of  the party and more importantly to his people, especially during his time as Chairman of Afijio LG. Indeed he would be greatly missed by all.

“May the Almighty Allah (SWT) grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss and accord him eternal rest in Aljanah Firdaous.”
