Olubadan disclaims Mogaji Otepola Ibidapo family 

The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba (Dr) Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, has disclaimed Engineer Sarafadeen Abdulrasaq Adekunle Olayiwola, as the Mogaji Otepola Ibidapo Family, Moganna Compound, Isale Bode, Ibadan.

The disclaimer was contained in a release issued and signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the monarch, Chief Solomon Olugbemiga Ayoade.

According to the release, consequent upon the resolution of the committee on Chieftaincy Screening and dispute resolution at the meeting held on 20th November, 2024, it was discovered that the certificate in Engineer Sarafadeen Abdulrasaq Adekunle Olayiwola’s possession was forged and thereby declared fake.

Furthermore, it was discovered that the said self-acclaimed Mogaji was never installed by any traditional constituted authority

Also, the Olubadan in Council met on Monday 19th May, 2025 and discovered a number of atrocities committed by Engr.Sarafadeen Adekunle Olayiwola.

To this end, the Olubadan directed that he should henceforth stop parading himself as  Mogaji Otepola Ibidapo Family, Moganna Compound, Isale Bode Area of Ibadan.

“Failure to desist from parading yourself as Mogaji Otepola Ibidapo Family, Moganna Compound, Isale Bode Area of Ibadan, will  attract necessary sanctions and appropriate legal action”, the paramount ruler further warned.
