Madam Esther Olaoye to be buried March 8

Madam Olaoye who came from Akinmorin but married to Ikole-Ekiti man, transited to glory on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the age of 91 years.

According to a statement from the family, the Christian wake-keep will hold on Thursday March 7 while the burial service and interment are expected to hold on Friday March 8 in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Going by the programme of events, venue of the wake-keep is the residence of the deceased, 6 Adenle Avenue, Mokola, Ibadan by 5 p.m.

A funeral service will hold on Friday, March 8 at the Christ Apostolic Church, Oke Ayo Mokola DCC Headquarters, Festac Road, Ibadan, by 10 a.m., to be followed by reception and entertainment of guests at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church Hall, opposite Mokola Market, Ibadan.

She is survived by Mrs. Bola Olanrewaju, Mrs. Biodun Oduola, Mrs. Mojisola Adesanya and Mr. Akinkunmi Olaoye, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
