CCII lauds Governor Makinde on Appointment of Oyo SSG

The Secretary to the Oyo State Government, Prof. Olanike Adeyemo, FAS, FTWAS, has charged the executive members of Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) to work more for the development of Ibadanland.

She gave the charge while hosting the leadership of CCII led by the President General, Barrister Ajeniyi Ajewole, at the SSG’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan.

The SSG said she is fully affiliated with Ibadan, disclosing that most important people in her life are from Ibadan.

She said, “I move in Ibadan circle, I thank you for honouring me with this courtesy visit. I am part of you, we are all flourishing in Ibadan and I love the development in Ibadanland.”

The Present General, Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII), Barrister Ajewole, in his remarks, lauded Governor Seyi  Makinde, on the appointment of Prof. Adeyemo, as the Secretary to the Oyo State Government.

He described her as a woman of virtue, stating that Governor Makinde has righthly put a round peg in a round hole.
