Alao felicitates Folarin @ 61

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and former gubernatorial aspirant, Engineer Oyedele Hakeem Alao (Allow Alao), has congratulated former Senate Leader, Senator Teslim Folarin, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.

Alao in a congratulatory message he personally signed, described the APC governorship candidate in the 2023 general elections, as an astute politician with immense contributions to the political landscape of not only Oyo State but the country as a whole.

According to him, as the Senate Leader between 2007 and 2011 Folarin made a name for himself for his commitment to the ideals of democracy and good governance, stating that he would not be forgotten in the history of the National Assembly in the fourth republic.

The Oman-based Projects and Contract Management Specialist, said though his various attempts to steer the ship of governance in the pace setter state have not been successful he remains a grassroot mobiliser and game changer, noting that his position as a traditional title holder in Ibadanland speaks volume of his exemplary leadership capacity.

He said, “I want to sincerely congratulate my dear brother and former Senate Leader, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin, on the occasion of his 61st birthday anniversary. He is an astute politician who has contributed greatly to the development of Oyo State in particular and Nigeria in general.

“My prayer is that Almighty Allah would continue to preserve his life to be relevant politically in good health and prosperity while wishing him greater heights in all his endeavours.”
